1. General Policy

  • UPT10.COM serves as a cricket sports platform that allows users to register for cricket tournaments. The platform facilitates the collection of entry fees through a secure payment gateway and provides registered participants with tournament schedules, rules, and results.
  • Participants must pay the entry fee online through our secure payment gateway to confirm their tournament registration.
  • Non-Refundable: Once the payment is made, the entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances unless the tournament is canceled by the organizers.
  • A payment receipt will be sent to the participant's registered email address as proof of payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

In case the tournament is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
